Prepare yourselves for all the sites, sounds and scents of stunning Sicily and the Aeoli Islands. This specialty themed experience is all about the food. Both crew members are accomplished Chefs with your Captain raised on the island of Sicily and has sailed every inch of the Aeoli Islands. Its a full cultural immersion journey into Sicily.
Francesco is a native of Venice and has spent every summer of his life at his family vacation home in the Aeolian Islands. After studying law in Milan and at the University of California, Berkeley, he practiced in Italy for several years, before his love of the sea drove him to change careers. An accomplished cook, Francesco is your head chef aboard, following in the tradition of his two sisters, who are successful restaurateurs in the Veneto region. Like everyone in his family, he is passionate about good food.
Melissa was born in Tasmania, a location famous for sailing. A fully qualified massage therapist, Melissa combined her massage expertise with her love of the sea. After meeting & marrying Francesco Melissa moved to Italy and alas the rest is history. What resulted is an amazing Sun, Sea & Salt Program for foodies, fine wine seekers and all those looking for the authentic Mediterranean Experience.

The 50ft catamaran comfortably accommodates up to three (3) couples all with en-suite amenities. Francesco being a fully certified dive Master and Melissa a fully certified massage therapist can offer additional services of both under water discovery and on yacht relaxation and release. They are additional services that can be added to your program for a fee.
