Congratulations on your decision to charter a private yacht for your on the water experience! The Let’s Go Travel document allows us to ensure that every detail has been attended to. Kindly complete the attached document NO LATER THAN 60 days prior to the embarkation date and submit to your agent. If your embarkation date is less than 60 days, immediate submission is required. It is the critical information that we require in order to properly prepare the crew for your on- board experience from dining to fun in the sun. Our yachting specialists and travel partners on the ground require the information to ensure smooth transfers to and from the yacht, special occasion celebrations, on board requested services and much more.
The Food & Beverages profile helps us better understand the individual dietary requirements of all guests and allows the on-board Chef to create a more personalized dining experience. Our yacht Chefs can prepare menus to meet even the most demanding dietary requirements.
